Whether I was spying on my neighbors with a notebook and pen, keeping a journal, or making my brother and sisters appear in homemade videos and skits, I was fascinated with telling stories when I was little.  Many years later I still find stories of all kinds fascinating, which explains why I am a broadcast journalism sophomore with a minor in film at the University of Oklahoma.

I moved to Norman from Flower Mound, Texas, after living in five different states, Washington D.C., and Germany.  I grew up on air force bases before me, my dad, mom, brother, and two sisters moved to Texas.  For six years, I was a swimmer on several teams there, but now I run.  I came to Oklahoma with a National Merit scholarship and have since been involved with OU Nightly and Oklahoma College Broadcasters.  My career goal is to become a producer, but I dream about working in the film industry or writing books, too.
